In the blighted hellscape of Hollywood, it is documented fact that an Altman cursed by a career-ending catastrophe&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p><center><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/armagideon-time.com\/img\/221011\/1014a.jpg\" width=\"590\" height=\"880\" title=\"When the 1970s choked on its own vomit and televised its death rattle.\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p>&#8230;shall return a few years later as Count Downula, to plague <em>Solid Gold<\/em> viewers with hacky comedy routines between interpretive dance numbers based on the week&#8217;s top pop singles.<\/p>\n<p><center><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/armagideon-time.com\/img\/221011\/1014b.jpg\" width=\"590\" height=\"404\" title=\"Doomed to walk where even Rip Taylor feared to tread.\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p>Some vampires can&#8217;t cross running water. Count Downula couldn&#8217;t say no whenever his agent called and said &#8220;I&#8217;ve got an offer, buuuuuutttt&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recommended listening:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Look, I won&#8217;t pull some contrarian revisionism and claim <em>Pink Lady and Jeff<\/em> wasn&#8217;t one of the most bizarre (and borderline offensive) misfires ever broadcast on network television.
